Last fall, Inspirato hosted two weekends of fine dining in New York City, offering a unique experience for Inspirato members to sample a variety of Michelin-starred cuisine while making lasting connections with fellow members.

The New York Michelin-Star Weekend is an exclusive program offered by Inspirato Only experiences—carefully crafted, remarkable adventures around the world reserved solely for Inspirato members and their guests.

In spring 2019, members will have another opportunity to partake in epicurean adventures, as the Inspirato Only Michelin-star weekends are running again in New York and debuting in Chicago.

Inspirato’s New York Michelin-Star Weekend in 2019—taking place from April 25–28 and May 2–5—will host 24 members for a three-night excursion touring some of the best restaurants in New York City (and the world).

Following a similar itinerary to the fall 2018 programs, members will not only get to enjoy multi-course gourmet meals, but they’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at Michelin-starred dining experiences like Chef Thomas Keller’s Per Se and Chef David Chang’s Momofuku Ko.

“The cocktail and dinner at Per Se were worth every Michelin star, and the private kitchen tour with our chefs and staff was such an intimate touch,” said Inspirato member Dr. Carswell Jackson, who attended the New York Michelin-Star Weekend last fall with her daughter, Erin. “Every detail was tended to in perfect Inspirato style.”

Members can also try their hand as a pastry chef at Milk Bar, the renowned bakery helmed by chef Christina Tosi, which was recently featured in the Netflix documentary series “Chef’s Table.”

Beyond food, members will have the chance to see attractions throughout the city, like a private tour through MoMA’s extensive Collection Galleries before the museum opens to the public, and a visit to the Rainbow Room—one of New York’s most iconic bars —on the 65th floor of Rockefeller Center.

Of course, members can expect to enjoy a special Inspirato touch throughout the trip. Last fall,  members were treated to gifts in their hotel rooms at the end of each day inspired by activities throughout the weekend, from a MoMA experience package to Chang and Tosi’s books.

But when looking back on last fall’s trips, one of the standout benefits of the weekend—and all Inspirato Only experiences—is that members from across the country had the opportunity to connect with one another, creating friendships that wouldn’t have otherwise blossomed outside the trip.

It’s amazing to see members from coast to coast congregate in New York City for a weekend of fine dining and fun. Members from Hawaii to Florida shared their passion for food and wine together.
